About CEO Kendley Davenport

Kendley has served companies as their Chief Executive Officer, President, Senior Vice President of Sales, and Chief Development Officer that has enabled him to gain experience and success in a variety of sales and growth situations. He has encountered a broad spectrum of situations, building both local and remote teams while driving profitability in start-up environments, family owned businesses, as well as large national and global firms. He often speaks before groups and sits on panels, providing expertise on topics related to business growth, sales team development, marketing and technology in sales.

He is best known by his reputation as a business turnaround specialist, having honed a process of collaboration, clarity and accountability that enabled Kendley to fire up existing teams to achieve results versus replacing and changing the players. Kendley firmly believes that world class sales success is understanding the difference between the art and science of sales.

Kendley earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at University of Tennessee and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management and Public Administration at Virginia Tech. He is active in many Virginia Tech groups and serves the Pamplin College of Business Advisory Council.  He has held a variety of leadership positions throughout his career in various industry and community endeavors.
