We serve organizations in the capacity of COO/integrator on a fractional basis to assist the CEO/Owner in driving and implementing the EOS® system. We’re proficient and skilled working alongside professional EOS® implementers or assist you in self-implementation.
Fractional EOS® Integrator System
EOS®, the Entrepreneurial Operating System, was created by Gino Wickman to create a system for organizations to create a high-powered leadership team and create accountability across the entire organization. What makes EOS® work is the dynamic between the CEO/ Owner or “Visionary” and their COO/Operations leader or “Integrator”. The Integrator keeps the engine running and ensures that all are working together towards common goals. The Visionary is the creator of the vision and growth path. Together, they are a powerful duo. In many instances, an Integrator is required part-time and acts as a “Fractional Integrator”.

2. Leadership Mentoring
Leadership4Success develops and executes an individualized plan for each mentee, so we are focused on specific areas of leadership that each person agrees provides long-lasting impact for the mentee and their team.
